Own your phone number

All our plans come with the feature to own a U.S phone number. Simply provide us with a city of your preference and a personalized number will be added to your account. If you currently own a number you'd like to port, contact us for information on our hassle-free number port process.

Caller ID

With Caller ID, your phone will display the caller's phone number (for all unblocked numbers) on your phone. With a built-in contact book, you are able to keep track of who's calling you and gives you the feature of safely ignoring telemarketers.

Voicemail

Access your voicemail inbox directly on your phone to hear any missed messages. Our phones are pre-configured to provide you with a one-button access to your voicemail. Just enter your password and access your voicemail inbox.

Call Forwarding

Forward your phone calls to another phone number, like your home or office number. This allows you to remain flexible and continue receiving calls while on the move.

Call logs

Call logs provide you with access to your entire call log history directly on your phone. This allows you to see missed calls, dialed calls, transferred calls and answered calls. With the push of one button, you can quickly return a phone call to any number in your call log history.

Can I port my existing number(s) to your VoIP services?
Yes, we can definitely assist you in porting your existing number(s) to your new VoIP services. Please note that it is up to your carrier’s discretion to hold you accountable for any fee’s or contract obligations.
How many phone lines come with my subscription?
Each subscription includes access to one phone line and one fax line. Additional phone lines can be purchased and added to your account. There is no limit to the amount of lines you can own.

Yes, as long as they are SIP/VoIP capable. Please take look at our existing phone and device pricing by clicking here. Be sure to ask about current promotions, eligible customers may qualify for free HD digital phones.
What sort of equipment will I need for my VoIP services?
We provide two options for your business communication platform. The first is an on-site server which will be locally accessible. The second option is a cloud-based server that is managed off-site. When you opt for a cloud-based sever, no additional hardware is needed other than the phones. The primary difference is the initial cost of purchasing an internal server, versus paying a monthly subscription fee for your cloud hosting. Both platforms are configured the same and provide the same level of quality for all your business communication needs.
Is a commitment plan required?
No, with our services you pay as you go (month-to-month basis). You are free to cancel at any time. The equipment purchased by you is yours to keep.
What happens when I lose power or my internet connection?
A fail switch will be put in place to ensure phone calls continue being received. We can enable call forwarding to one of your cell phones to assure you can continue making and receiving phone calls. Voicemail's and faxes will be accessible from your email account on any configured device (such as your smart phone).
